There has already come out the online version of the first issue of the new English-language scientific journal of the Medical University of Varna featuring scientific articles and reviews in the sphere of pharmacy – Scripta Scientifica Pharmaceutica. The authors in the first issue are leading Bulgarian specialists in the field of pharmacy. Editor-in-chief of the journal is Prof. Diana Ivanova, dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy. The members of the Editorial board are well established Bulgarian and international specialists.
The journal is issued twice a year. The first five articles for the next issue have already been submitted through the new system for online submitting of articles.

Soon there would also be published the first issue of another new English-language scientific journal of the Medical University of Varna with reviews, original articles and case reports from the field of dental medicine – Scripta Scientifica Medicinae Dentalis. Editor-in-chief of the journal is Assoc. Prof. Tsvetan Tonchev, MD, PhD , dean of the Faculty of Dental Medicine at the Medical University of Varna.
The journal is open to national and international authors and the submission of articles to Scripta Scientifica Medicinae Dentalisis done entirely through the new system for online submission of articles, developed by the Publishing Department of the Medical University of Varna.

To submit your article, first, you have to register in the system for online submission of articles (button Register from the topmost menu, after that choose Scripta Scientifica Medicinae Dentalis). Follow the steps to send a file, fill out of metadata, illustrations, supplement files, etc. When you have successfully gone through all steps and sent your article, the editor of the journal will assign it for a double-blind review and the request will be moved forward.
