The Publishing Department of the Medical University has recently developed a platform with the name “Scientific Conferences” which is currently in a test period.
This system aims to integrate all conference management activities and through it the University will create a unified register of the organized scientific events. It allows the automatic sending of notifications regarding the upcoming conference, the creating of a conference program, the registration of the participants and the guests, the submission and reviewing of abstracts and proceedings, the monitoring of deadlines. The platform allows the addition of satellite events, a possibility for the participants and the guests to book their stay directly through the website. It also allows the online publishing of editions containing abstracts and proceedings.
During the test period, the system is only accessible in English. It will be translated into Bulgarian as well.
